Dear Patients of Precision Dental Arts,

Change is wonderful. When we chase our passions, those things that generate our sense of greater purpose and fulfillment in the world, we are making daily small steps towards that future self we envision – we change. I share these thoughts with you because for those of you that have called this office your dental home for numerous years, you have seen quite a bit of change over the past 21 months. Before sharing another change, I wanted to encourage you, and those of you who are newer to us, that change carries positivity.

In pursuit of fulfilling my professional passion, I will be changing my scope of practice to solely surgical – specifically, dental implant services. With this pivot, I will no longer be practicing at Precision Dental Arts.

I’d like to share a quote by Winston Churchill that has stuck with me during my professional career: “Never give up on something you can’t go a day without thinking about.” This quote represents the mantra with which I’ve made sure each stepping stone on my path is an intentional one – my values and goals leading the way as my North Star. My time here at Precision taught me so much, and I have each and every one of you to thank for that. Many of you I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know quite well, and I will miss our conversations, jokes, and life updates. Thank you for the positive changes you made in me.

My last day at Precision Dental Arts will be February 14, 2024. Your care will continue as it always has in the hands of a new provider. Their introduction to you will come in a separate letter. They will take great care of you! Please embrace them with the same warm spirit you received me with. If you are a patient who has active, on-going treatment with me, know that I will be providing them with a detailed handoff regarding your case. As I transition out of Precision, you will notice some changes to the office space (i.e., furniture, décor, etc.), as well as likely subtle procedural and/or operational changes that best suit the new doctor. As Precision continues to strive for growth, your continued trust, support, and recruitment of your circle of family members and friends to join our personable, detail-oriented team makes all the difference. Send us more people like you! We do what we do because of people like you who make it a fun and rewarding experience.

Thank you for all the memories, laughs, lessons, and the amazing treats so many of you showered me/the team with! I’ll especially miss the homemade biscotti!

MY WARMEST REGARDS,

PAIGE MOORHEAD, DDS
